      Cajun Fried Chicken:


      Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken pieces, 1 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Fry, 1 cup water, oil for frying

      Instructions:

      In a bowl, mix together the Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Fry and water to form a smooth paste.

      Coat the chicken pieces in the fry paste, making sure to completely cover them.

      Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry for about 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

      PREPARATION
