      Unit Size: 2.65oz

Ingredients: ENRICHED BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SALT, DRIED ONION, DRIED BELL PEPPER, DRIED CELERY, PAPRIKA, SPICES.

      Recipe:

      Seafood Etouffee:

Ingredients: 1 package Louisiana Fish Fry Etouffee Base, 1lb seafood (shrimp, crawfish, or your choice), 1/4 cup butter, 1 small onion, diced, 1 celery stalk, diced, 1 green bell pepper, diced, 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning

      Instructions:

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and green bell pepper, and sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for an additional minute.

Add the seafood and Louisiana Fish Fry Etouffee Base to the saucepan, and stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the etouffee is thick and flavorful.

Serve the Etouffee hot over rice or pasta, and enjoy!
