      Here is a recipe for adding 1 Pound Louisiana Gumbo Crabs to your gumbo:


      Ingredients:

      1. 1 pound of Louisiana Gumbo Crabs
      2. 1 quart of seafood stock
      3. 1 cup of diced onions
      4. 1 cup of diced bell peppers
      5. 1 cup of diced celery
      6. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
      7. 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
      8. 1 tablespoon of gumbo file powder
      9. 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
      10. Salt and pepper to taste
      11. Rice, for serving

      Instructions:

      1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, bell peppers, and celery, and cook until they are softened.
      2. Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the flour is lightly browned.
      3. Pour in the seafood stock and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
