Here at Creolefood.com we value our customers and strive for the best experience for you. This is part of out customer service commitment to you. If there is an issue with your order please contact us @ 504-513-4011 between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm central time Monday-Friday or via email at support@creolefood.com. 


We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective or if you have received an incorrect item. Because we are not the manufacturer of the product replacements and refunds will only be made in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect order. Please check that all items received are correct. If you have received an incorrect item do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.  Please contact immediately upon arrival of your package.  


What if I receive a damaged order:

We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged by using high-quality corrugated boxes and ample box fillers. All jars and glass items are wrapped in air-bubble cushioning followed by the use of anti-static peanut-shaped loose fill to eliminate movement of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@CreoleFood.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier’s collection and take photos of your damaged item. Let us know which item was damaged, and we will ship you an identical replacement to you at no charge or refund you the cost of the product.


What do I do if I receive an incorrect order:

While we are striving to ensure that all orders are packaged correctly, we know that mistakes do happen.  If in the event you receive an incorrect order please contact us at support@CreoleFood.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.  If you have received an incorrect item do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.  Please retain all packaging material and take photos of the incorrect item. Let us know which item is incorrect, and we will ship the correct item to you or refund you for the cost of the product. 



What if my order does not arrive on the day given by FedEx:

It is our desire to provide you with personal and friendly, hands-on service. We will take all steps necessary to ensure that your package arrives as ordered; however, we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.



Can I return a nonperishable item if I do not want the product:

If in the event you return to us a nonperishable item the product must be unopened and with any seals still attached.  The return must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order at your cost.  Once, the item is returned back to our warehouse the item will be inspected.  If the item is returned in its original condition a refund will be processed for the product only.  


Can I cancel my order:

If in the event you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately.  You can cancel your order only if the order has not been package and a label has not been made on the order.  If a label has been made on your order this means your order is being processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled at this time.  You can reach creolefood.com @ 504-513-4011 or by sending an email to support@creolefood.com.
