      Cajun Shrimp and Vegetable Skewers:


      Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces, 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces, 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces, 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

      Instructions:

      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
