Storage: Keep Frozen
Heating Boil in Bag: Place the bag in boiling water. Simmer at a low boil for approximately 45-60 minutes depending on whether the bag is frozen or thawed. The internal temperature must reach a minimum of 165° F. Remove the bag, shake vigorously, take the temperature and serve. (Use caution when removing the product from bag and serving)
Steamer:
Place bag in perforated hotel pan. Place in steamer, and heat on high steam for approximately 45-60 minutes depending on
