      Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour (niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, And Folic Acid), And Soy Bean Oil


      Cajun Seafood Gumbo 

      2 medium Onions

      1 Gallon Water

      1 lb Fresh Shrimp

      1-6 oz Can Crab Meat

      1 Pint Oysters

      5 Tablespoons approximately 1/2 pint Kary's Roux

      1/2 Tsp Red Pepper

      1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

      1 Tsp Salt

      3/4 Cup Chopped Onion Tops

      Add Water to large pot. Once boiling, add roux, onions, onion tops, crab meat, and seasoning. Boil for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Then add shrimp and oysters, simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Serve 6.
