Crispy Cajun Fried Chicken:
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken pieces, 1 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Chicken Fry, 1 cup water, oil for frying
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the Louisiana Fish Fry Chicken Fry and water to form a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat each chicken piece in the coating paste, making sure to fully coat the chicken.
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (9-oz.) package Louisiana Fish Fry Products Chicken Fry Batter Mix
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 1 (8-oz.) bottle Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Fire Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425° F. Whisk together eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. Pour Louisiana Fish Fry Chicken Batter Mix into another shallow bowl. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray a wire rack with cooking spray. Dredge the chicken in the buttermilk mixture and then toss to coat in the Chicken Batter Mix. Place the chicken onto the cooking rack and bake for about 30 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Meanwhile, make dipping sauce: Stir together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brush crispy chicken tenders with Cajun Fire Hot Sauce. Serve dipping sauce with hot chicken tenders.
