    Cajun Alligator Sausage Jambalaya


    Ingredients:


    1 pound Comeaux's Fresh Alligator & Pork Sausage

    1 onion, diced

    1 green bell pepper, diced

    1 celery stalk, diced

    1 cup white rice

    2 cups chicken broth

    1 can diced tomatoes

    1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

    1 teaspoon paprika

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    1 teaspoon thyme

    1 teaspoon oregano


    Instructions:


    In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.

    Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery to the pot and cook until the vegetables are soft.
