    Ingredients: Rice, white onion, bell peppers, salt, vegan beef base (hydrolyzed soybean and wheat protein, maltodextrin, salt, natural flavors, autolyzed yeast extract, rapeseed oil, dehydrated onions, caramel, spices), paprika, garlic, flavor enhancer (hydrolyzed corn protein, autolyzed yeast extract, soybean oil added), palm oil, spice, caramel color, celery seed, chilies, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent). 


    Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe:

    6 Bell Peppers (tops cut away and seeds removed)

    1lb Ground Beef

    1 Cup Jambalaya Rice

    2 Cups Water

    3/4 cup Shredded cheese ( Mozzarella or Parmesan)

    1. Preheat Oven to 350 2. Cook ground beef drain and return to skillet. Add water and bring to a boil. Add Jambalaya Rice and bring back to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally. 4. Pour enough water in baking dish to cover the bottom. when rice is 3/4 cooked, scoop the rice and meat mixture into the peppers, place stuffed peppers on to baking dish. 5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
