      Whole Skinned Alligator Small 

      Whole Skinned Alligator Small head and feet are attached. Alligators are farmed raised in Louisiana.

      Turducken With Creole Pork Sausage 10lb

      The Turducken is a delicious partially deboned turkey with bone-in wings and legs attached. The turkey is stuffed with boneless duck, boneless chicken, and Creole Pork Sausage. The turducken is seasoned, frozen, then vacuum sealed. The Turducken does not require any preparation only thaw the turducken and pop into the oven.  Guaranteed to be a family favorite!  


      Unit Size: 10lb (serves approximately 20)


      Thawing Instructions: Turducken must thaw completely before cooking.  For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48-72 hours or in cold water for 6-8 hours.


      Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag.  Bake at 325°F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 3 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Allow turducken to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices.  Remove netting.  Slice off wings and drumsticks.  Cut 1/2 inch slices across, then down the center.


      Berkwood Farms Applewood Smoked Honey Glazed Ham (Spiral Sliced Uncured Ham)

      Berkwood Farms Applewood Smoked Honey Glazed Ham (Spiral Sliced Uncured Ham). 100% Berkshire Pork. Born, raised made in the heartland of USA. Cured with special uncured (celery powder) brine. Nitrite/nitrate free. Slow Smoked over Applewood. Glazed with cane sugar, brown sugar, honey granules, all natural spices.  Fully Cooked warm and serve.

      Product Description:

      Southern Seasonings Wild Game Seasoning will enhance the flavor of wild game, lamb, or poultry. The seasoning can also be used on seafood or just to make anything taste great.

      Product Usage Instructions:

      Marinade Instructions: Pour olive oil and fresh minced garlic over meat or poultry. Rub Wild Game Seasoning into meat and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. Leave overnight for more flavoring.

      Venison Tenderloin: Marinate by pouring olive oil and fresh minced garlic over meat. Rub Wild Game Seasoning into meat and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. Leave overnight for more flavoring. Pan Sauté meat in thin layer of olive oil on each side, or as an alternative cook on open grill for even more flavor. Slice and serve.
